To start the whole process of domain name dispute settlement , you will have contact the other parties involved. Explain your situation and why you have problem with them registering a particular .nz or any other domain name and see if you and other party can come to an agreement
The best domain name resolution will be to come up with some sort of agreement, where both you and the other person or company come to some sort of mutual agreement to solve the problem.

If you have already tried this without any success then the domain name commission might be able to help.

The DNC’s Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) is for anyone who wishes to complain about a .nz domain name registration.
Domain Name Lawyers
The final but the most costly domain name resolution process. This is the process where you hire a lawyer to settle the domain name registration problem.
There are only very few lawyers that specialize in domain name dispute resolution process. This method will be very costly and is not an option that we will recommend unless it is very necessary.
