Guidelines for Domain Name Sellers

Keeping to our guideline helps kiwinz ensure secure and painless domain trading in New Zealand. Domain name sellers must follow some simple rules and regulations to sell domain names in NZ through kiwinz.co.nz.

Ownership of domain names

The seller must be the owner of the domain name or have the rights to sell the domain name. No exceptions.

Listing Domains

  • Per listing Packages : is for one domain name listing only, please don’t list multiple domains on per listing package. Please read through the more info section in the domain listings page to find out more about the per listing packages.
  • Membership Packages : is designed for multiple domain listings, please free to list multiple domain names using these packages. Each membership packages offer different quantity of domain name listings and features. Please read through the more info section in the domain listings page to find out more about the membership packages.

Offensive domain names

Please don’t list offensive domain names with us as this might offend some people. We have the rights to remove any offensive domain name listing at our discretion.

Shill bidding

Shill bidding happens when anyone including family, friends, roommates, employees, or online connections bids on domain names with the intent to artificially increase the sale price. Please don’t bid on your own auctions, you can set your reserve price or buy now price for all your domain names in kiwinz

Trademark Domain Names

Please don’t list any trademark domain names that might infringe upon the rights of international trademark owners. We reserve the rights to remove domain name listings from kiwinz at our sole discretion which may infringe or violate the proprietary rights of any third party.
